County Now Accepts Public Records Requests by E-Mail

Grays Harbor County, like many local governments, refused to accept public records requests by e-mail. That is until the Attorney General's Open-Government Ombudsman, Tim Ford, wrote the county a letter outlining why a government agency must accept requests by email.
