Think Zink

Have you made a public records request and gotten the run-around? If so, you should think Zink. That is, think about Zink v. City of Mesa. This case essentially says the run-around violates the Public Records Act. Here is a link to the court opinion and a link to a past og-blog posting on this case. Here is a link to an editorial about the importance of the case.

If you've been getting the run-around and it's time to enforce your rights under the Public Records Act--rights made even more enforceable by Zink--then consider contacting a law firm that some people think is pretty good at these cases (if you don't mind us saying so).
